《现代酒店英语(活页版)》是广东省精品在线开放课程和广东省继续教育优质网络课程“酒店英语”的配套教材。本教材为校企联合开发,以职业能力为导向,系统覆盖客房预订服务、前台服务、礼宾服务、客务中心服务、餐厅服务、酒吧服务、康乐服务、客房服务等一线岗位工作场景。教材采用模块化活页设计,在学习任务中融入真实工作情境、岗位知识、术语表达、操作标准、情境视频跟学、实操演练、待客之道、评价标准等内容,全方位培养学生的涉外酒店服务能力,适用于旅游与酒店管理专业教学及行业培训。

作者介绍

陈冬梅,广州科技贸易职业学院旅游管理专业教师,美国饭店协会教育学院(AHLEI)注册饭店高级培训师(CHT),全国导游资格考试英语口试考评员。主要研究方向为专用英语教学。主持广东省精品在线开放课程和广东省继续教育优质网络课程“酒店英语”,广州市高等教育教学质量与教学改革工程项目“酒店服务与管理课程群教研室”、广州市规划教材项目《现代酒店英语(活页版)》负责人。担任《酒店接待服务知识大全》副主译,拥有相关软件著作权。两次获得广东省职业院校技能大赛教学能力比赛二等奖,多次指导学生参加广东省职业院校技能大赛酒店服务赛项并获奖。 麦毅菁,广州市旅游商务职业学校酒店管理系教研组长,原广州市中职旅游学科教研会理事。中国餐饮服务大师,餐厅服务员高级技师,广州地区酒店行业协会智库专家。荣获国家旅游局(现文化和旅游部)“万名旅游英才计划”——“双师型”教师称号,荣获“广州市技术能手”“广州市优秀班主任”等称号。主要从事“旅游赛道”竞赛、餐饮服务与管理等方向的教科研工作。荣获国家级教学成果奖2项,主持省级课题及市级精品课程“餐饮服务与管理”,拥有相关软件著作权5项。多次组织策划世界职业院校技能大赛旅游赛道酒店服务赛项争夺赛、国赛及省市级酒店服务项目技能大赛,指导学生在国家级、省市级技能竞赛中取得优异成绩。长期担任酒店行业技能竞赛裁判员,担任第43届和第44届世界技能大赛技术指导专家及赛项裁判员,并担任“羊城工匠杯”2025年广州市住宿和餐饮服务技能竞赛餐厅服务员(中式摆台)服务项目裁判长。
